Activities include building displays, setting and stocking product on shelves, cross merchandising, developing creative merchandising concepts and counseling consumers in regards to their lawn and garden questions. Requirements are: Valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, reliable transportation and must be at least 18 years of age with or in pursuit of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and climb ladders. 

 

The Counsellor provides advice and counsel on lawn and garden care and educates our consumers and retail customers on the selection and use of Scotts products. Requirements are: Valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, reliable transportation and must be at least 18 years of age with or in pursuit of a high school diploma or equivalent.
