Position: Network Administrator (Field Technician)
Location: Richmond Hill

Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will have expert level experience in Network Infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS and NAT, along with expert level knowledge in the following areas:

Cisco IOS Routing & Switching
Cisco Call Manager
Exchange Server 2003 - 2010 (Exchange System Manager)
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / R2
Remote Desktop Services
Group Policy
Active Directory
Blackberry Enterprise
Microsoft SQL 2005-2008 (Nice To Have)

Qualification and Skills
Exhibit solid communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to communicate and articulate technical information into layman terms
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Initiative and organizational skills
Strong results orientation
Able to adapt and quickly develop in-depth technical understanding of new/different applications
Strong ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and develop and implement solutions, often within narrow time frames.
Must be a team player willing to work on a variety of technical initiatives
Must have the ability to work independently and identify priorities for completion of multiple tasks / projects under pressure.
Ability to prioritize and follow-up on work
Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills
Detail oriented

Educational/Technical Experience
3+ years in field technician role
Microsoft certification, with a minimum of a MCP
