As a Recruiting Manager with Robert Half Technology your responsibilities would include:
- Recruiting, hiring and placing IT professionals in full-time positions with our clients;
- Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates;
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates;
- Participating in industry trade associations and local networking groups to increase the presence of Robert Half Technology within the local IT community.
Qualifications:
Candidates in consideration for the role of Recruiting Manager will have the following skill sets and experience:
- Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency;
- Experience in the IT industry and or IT related degree;
- Experience in business development or recruitment;
- Three or more years of experience working in the IT industry is preferred;
- A combination of account development and account management skills are required and a post-secondary Computer Information Systems (CIS) and/or Management Information Systems (MIS) is preferred;
- A strong desire to succeed.
