As a Recruiting Manager with Robert Half Technology your responsibilities would include:

• Recruiting, hiring and placing IT professionals in full-time positions with our clients;
• Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates;
• Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates;
• Participating in industry trade associations and local networking groups to increase the presence of Robert Half Technology within the local IT community.

Qualifications:

Candidates in consideration for the role of Recruiting Manager will have the following skill sets and experience:

• Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency;
• Experience in the IT industry and or IT related degree;
• Experience in business development or recruitment;
• Three or more years of experience working in the IT industry is preferred;
• A combination of account development and account management skills are required and a post-secondary Computer Information Systems (CIS) and/or Management Information Systems (MIS)  is preferred;
• A strong desire to succeed.
